Our Client Data Policy: Clients have complete ownership and rights to their subscriber data and lists.
Campus Alerts® School Hosted Forms: MLI has implemented SSL technology on school forms that
it hosts for each School. SSL technology ensures that your session is completely private and secure
from both external systems and other customers using our system. School’s have complete ownership and
rights to their subscriber data and lists collected on these forms.
Our Client E-Mail Recipient Policy: Our clients use our CampaignBuilder, K12 Alerts®, Campus Alerts® applications
to send messages to their lists. Clients have agreed not to send unsolicited commercial e-mail through our systems.
Any e-mail recipient may request at any time to be removed from those lists by clicking on an opt-out link and unsubscribing.
In addition, you can contact our customers directly who use the CampaignBuilder.com, K12alerts.com or Campusalerts.com web-based applications
and indicate that you no longer wish to receive communications from them. MLI will thoroughly investigate any allegations
made by e-mail recipients relating to unsolicited e-mail by its customers.
Our Client Anti-Spam Statement: MLI ONLY works with clients who practice
permission-based messaging and marketing practices, we do not work with
companies who send unsolicited e-mail. We reserve the right to cancel any
client account who sends unsolicited e-mail and we may take legal action.
